Little Hatchlings Parent and Toddler Group

Housegroups meet each week to learn, pray and serve together. Groups are led by Lis Threadgold (Wednesday evening), John and Christine Deamer (Wednesday evening), Netty Packham (Thursday morning), Bert Hearn (Thursday afternoon) and Neill and Sarah Purvis (Thursday evening). Please ask any group leader for details of time and venue.

Holocaust Exhibition
An exhibition commemorating The Holocaust, featuring the story of Corrie Ten Boom at: Brentwood Town Hall (Thursday January 26, 10:00am – 4:00pm, Friday January 27, 10:00am – 3:00pm, Saturday January 28 10:00am – 1:00pm).
Brentwood County High School Main Hall (Saturday January 28, 5:00pm – 6:30pm, followed by a Meeting of Commemoration at 6:45pm. Guest speaker Leslie Kleinman, holocaust survivor).
New Ways – A day to explore starting fresh expressions of church
A day to explore starting fresh expressions of church on Saturday 21st January 9:30am – 4:30pm at Clarence Road Baptist Church, Southend.
Price £17 including lunch (£10 concessions).

‘Be a beautiful Africa – A New Generation’
The Watoto Choir are performing at St Peter’s Church on Saturday January 28th and at Brentwood Cathedral on Tuesday January 31st, both at 7:30pm. Free admission – an offering will be taken for the Watoto programme, which works with vulnerable and orphaned children in Uganda. More details on 01277 245831.
Visually impaired club
We have been asked to publicise this local group which meets on Tuesday mornings at St George’s Court. Transport, lunch and entertainment is provided. If you are interested, or know anyone who might be, please speak to James Pate.
